Welcome, and thank you for visiting our website
where
Planning is the Key to Security.
If this is your first visit, please stay a while to look
around. We have designed the website to be informative and
educational. More specifically, the contents have three
main components:
| |
1. |
Who
we are, our services, and our philosophy. |
| |
2. |
Access to your investment account information. |
| |
3. |
Financial planning material & calculators. |
The financial services
industry is continuously changing. We intend to keep our
website and the services provided to our clients responsive
to those changes. For example, in August we will add
access to our financial newsletters that cover topics that include current changes
in tax laws, and other areas specific to your interests.

Buying or Selling a Home in a
Recession
If you're shopping for a mortgage or trying to sell
your home these days, it's a whole new world out
there. The days of easy credit and skyrocketing home
values are long gone. So what do you do? Hear from a
New Jersey CPA and a real estate expert about how to
buy or sell a home during a recession.
Credit Card Offers
Chances are you've gotten your
share of "pre-approved" credit card offers in the
mail. But with credit card issuers offering so many
features - low introductory interest rates, no
annual fee, reward points and cash back, just to
name a few - how do you know when to sign up and
when to shred the envelope?
In the New Jersey Society
of CPAs' (NJSCPA) newest Financially Fit podcast,
financial planning expert Ken Shapiro, CPA, offers
tips on finding a card that matches your needs and
developing a plan to pay for it.
